01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Elm & Basalt, operated by Sourcelyft LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Sourcelyft LLC governing your access to and use of our website, products, and services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You may browse our website without creating an account, but certain features (like order history and saved addresses) require registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, modify product availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

05 Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Failure to comply with these Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using an accepted payment method (major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount to that method.

06 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment. Free standard shipping applies to orders over $50.

Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.

07 Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

To start a return, email us at support@elmbasalt.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, product images, videos, designs, and the "Elm & Basalt" and "ROLLET" trademarks — is the exclusive property of Sourcelyft LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Any user-submitted content (reviews, photos, comments) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with our marketing and business operations.
